Paypal account is still limitd
 

1. I got email said my paypal account is limited.

2. I have completed all steps to resolve my account limits.

3. I got 2 more things. refund function and money hold 180 days from origin 21 days.

4. But my account is still limited. The reason is:
Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):
• 7 Jul 2012: Please confirm your identity. Log in to your PayPal account and go to the Resolution Centre to provide us with some information. Please do so within 7 days or we will have to further limit your account, including your ability to send and withdraw funds.

5. Nothing I can do on Resolution Centre page.

Anyone knows how to remove the limits?

have you been back into the resolution centre to see if it wants any more information? if you've sent them documents through their website it can take a while (not longer than a week in my experience)

Youll probably have to call them.
There's a good possibility that despite everything you did this account is lost anyway...
Did you use your real info on it or is it stealth?

I did all things and nothing I can do any more in Resolution centre.
I sent email to them and have to wait 48-72 hours.

same thing happened to me..i sent all requested info last month and it is still limited as well..funny how you can have a stealth account that don't get limited but your real account with your real ssn gets limited...don't make any sense..

Pretty all you can do at this point is call.
If its been longer than a week they will most likely not remove the limitation until you call them. And I say this from experience.
By the way - calling them will result in either immediately gaining access to your account or losing it permanently. And again I say this from experience...

That reminds me that I still have an account limited since April despite having sent them all requested infos, I will call them this coming week.

they took my limited account funds and applied them to an older account that had a 270 negative balance on it.

soto13 - guess in your case we now know why it was limited - it got linked to an older account with a negative balance.

They said that decision is final. They can not do anything for me.

Well we all know paypal are a bunch of douche-nozzles... Time to move on and open a new account. Youll have your funds in 180 days.

sorry to hear you got your account limited . I too had my account limited last week . It was to do with account verification so i had to send photo id and proof of address . Thought it was a goner , and had £200 in it but to my surprise earlier this week they lifted the limitations do im over the moon about that

i must add , this account was about 4 years old and all legit no stealth . Not sure what made them review it but ...

Regardless of AGE of account...a LOT has to do with what you are selling...

Make sure you take care of whatever business needed to be handling, refunds, claims etc..

Wait till about 45 days then send this attachment tweeted a little bit so it is not 100% the same.

Works everytime, after 45-60 days you will get your money released unless you really sold some no-no kind of stuff. :suspicious:

Don't think they can legally do that. May be time for another class action lawsuit from the bottom feeders.
