Limited account restored
 

Well I thought Id share my recent experience on this topic, this is the first stealth account that I have had limited and then restored.

To start, I made several mistakes during this process as this was one of the first accounts that I created.

Timeline is as follows,

I created my stealth paypal and ebay accounts, however I created a the paypal account with a real credit card but a different billing address than the stealth account. I proceeded with my first ebay sale of approximately $1500 dollars, I then entered all the tracking information to avoid the 21 day hold and it was only approximately a 4 day hold, then as soon as the money was released from the hold I was instantly limited requiring many different pieces of information. All of which I did not have.

I also made the mistake of logging into this account with an IP address that was linked to several other permanently limited accounts.

A few weeks later I added a bank account hoping to unlimit the account...to no avail and I assumed this account was gone for the full 180 days.

At the two month mark I decided to try again, I changed the IP to a fresh one, I added an AVS VCC with the proper stealth name and address and chose the confirm option of two small deposits, and I uploaded a bill to confirm the address as well. Not hoping for much but thought that I would try.

Within 24 hours of doing this I recieved an email indicating that my account had been fully restored, I'm somewhat floored as I never called to talk to a representative nor have I had the opportunity to enter the expuse code in order to confirm the AVS VCC. I dont know if I have just gotten lucky at this point or what, again I'm still somewhat confused.

I still have not withdrawn any money yet, so I'm not completely out of the woods. I'm ready to make a full withdrawal however I would like anyones input as to the likely hood of getting limited again with such a large withdrawal. Ive never been in the situation of have a limited account restored so I'm not sure how to proceed, attempt to withdrawal it all or withdrawal in small increments.

Anyway thought Id share and see what responses I get.

When you do this the first time, it's usually a staggering feet. In a few years you'll be able to do what you just did 30 times a week.

In regards to withdrawal... do it slowly, and leave a balance in paypal if you can.
