Heads up for limitations.

So for us people who just want to have peace I was looking at some careers on there website and found this:

As an agent your job is to complete your investigation using multiple resources including customer contact, contacting banks and credit card issuers, reviewing PayPal activity, eBay rating, phone matches, IP Search, and various websites, etc.

So just a heads up that they do contact banks and credit card issuers.

banks are not legally allowed to give out your info from what i understand

Poppal can contact the banks all they want and its the banks jobs to tell them to scrub tanks.

Unless its the FBI or law enforcement, the banks are not allowed to give that info to something like pp.

Which is why, I personally believe they are now trying to take back the deposits. The banks DO have to give a transaction history/receipt for services used. And pp is trying to exploit that and find peoples names.

But, what I see in that statement is basically giving the employee of poppal the go ahead to do 'whatever means necessary' to give them the edge over us, outside of going to every customers address.

Can I ask what this means? You mean you believe that pp are trying to stop the whole "two small deposits" method, or you believe that pp are depositing the funds, then trying to 'take back' / refund those deposits to themselves, from the bank acct?

Its probably a 2 for.... Get millions in micro deposits and might as well ban previously blacklisted users... Multi-functioning

That's one way of looking at it. Honest too.

i think it is more that paypal is losing money by depositing these microdeposits. 10 cents adds up when you are talking about millions of customers
