Confirming Location

So my paypal stealth account got limited and it asked for multiple items .

However when it came to confirm my location , I entered in the pin code after I received the automated call, but it didnt work.

So now it is being sent through letter confirmation in the mail.

My question is there a way of sweet talking the pp reps out of the restrictions? they also need a social, and I just needed some advice on getting around that.

I already submitted invoices, etc, on the list that they had. Just not sure what step to take, or whether just to wait the days before withdrawing

Unfortunately I don't think there's a way around the SSN, that being said...sometimes you can tell them you aren't comfortable giving your SSN and if there are any other way to confirm your identity.

I honestly would just make more stealth accounts and move on, unless your in love with this account and can't live without it.

That being said, the ebay that is attached to the paypal is still in good standing.

Is there a way to make a new paypal and add it to the ebay safely? Should I make a different user account on my computer and ip to not be connected to the limited paypal?

If I make the new user, should i transfer over the ebay account to the new user account?

I have tried in past but it only lasted a month before bc my pp information didnt match ebay, and it got connected to the previous limited paypal. So this time i was thinking to change the ebay infomation to match the new paypal info (ie address, phone, email) but didnt know how slowly I should take to change.

My advice will be that you make a new paypal that matches the address on your ebay account but make sure you use a different first name on the new paypal, all other info should remain the same. Also you will need a new user account on your computer for that and also assigning a new IP so you don't get linked to the old PayPal.

In Summary: old ebay+new paypal with different first name+new computer user account+new IP Address.

Some other post will also come in that might provide more help or a different approach but the approach have given is very helpful.

So the difference in the names not matching won't be a conflict? ( old ebay has old name and new pp has new name = ?? )

Doing that will get you linked and your accounts killed.

Waste of time, energy, info and IP addresses.

OP, go completely stealth.

That was my concern, and really I realize this sounds lame, but I just need it to buy me time for another few weeks as I work on getting my other separate, new stealth accounts up and full force. I know my ebay/pp will end up dying, but just to buy me time and cover costs to tie me over, it will be beneficial.

I just didnt know if there was a better way of doing the process. . .
