Hello I stepped into my account and saw this message:

We recently noticed an issue with your account. To see what you can and can't do while your account is limited, go to the Resolution Center.

Why is my account access limited?

Your account access has been limited for the following reason (s):

Jul 26, 2012: We've noticed some unusual activity in your eBay and PayPal accounts and would like to learn more about some of your recent account activity.

(Your case ID for this reason is PP-...................).


Demanded my documents and I sent them.
Then I asked what had happened and told me that they have not received any documents.
I sent them a fax again.
I wrote a review that will happen from 3 to 5 working days.
It's been 10 days and no response what to do?

Welcome to the forums - call them up again....you have to keep forcing it up.

Sometimes they need pushing them to review your documents. Calling is the best option to make things faster.

Today I called them again and they told me that my limited forever.
Can I get my money after 180 days. Saying it review every month my bill and maybe earlier.
Is there any option to get the money earlier than 180 days?

No real option but maybe call them in 90 days and ask.

I do not know what I keep them for 180 days, that is not real. I have no case raised by customers
They say that there was an unexpected turnout of my me?

Call one of the executive @ paypal. I believe his name is Michael Lazure he's a senior member. Just leave him a voice mail & he will contact you asap. Explain your situation & be kind talk it out etc. I'm pretty sure he will say around 90 day's you can withdrawal your fund's. It's better then 180 days. Or depending on your story or your situation on your account he can reinstate it .

I myself do not violate any rules raised no cases met me have no explanation and they can not Dadon me!
