Really bad situation
 

Hi, i opened an account i when i was under 18 and as a result i put my DOB as 1990.

The problem starts today. I have $1000 in my account and then my account got limited, to unlock it i must show them proof of identity and also proof of DOB. The account was around Feburary 2011 and i was 16, now i'm 18 in 5 days.

What should i do? I can't refund the person. And how am i meant to explain that i opened an account underage. Should i show them it was for a eBay listing and get them to refund the buyer?

I'm really worried.

From experience when you prove your under 18 they release all your funds to your account but keep your account limited.

Welcome to the forums. I am sure they will release the funds - just prove the age and go from there. PP will likely remain limited.

Welcome. Wait until you are 18 first and then provide them with what they want. You could try contacting customer support first and say that you want to correct your date of birth.
