Paypal Limited
 

I have 2 paypal accounts both on same name (my real name). I sent money from one account to another but it got LIMITED. Now I cannot do refund or withdraw.

Now, it is asking me to upload photo ID, address proof, credit card, utility bill.

I'm not comfortable in uploading my credit card.



So, is there any way I can WITHDRAW money without removing limitation?
I already have a confirmed debit account linked to my limited paypal account?

Some people are saying that you can withdraw after 180 days? Is it true?

Wait 180 days then request a check if you don't have a bank account to withdraw to.
