PayPal limited---then restored

Okay if you get your Paypal limited and then get it restored to you totally empty it? I have $1700 in an account and want to know if I should totally empty it once it's restored?

I wouldn't, as there is nothing stopping them from limiting it again.

I've had an account in the past restored, that had been limited for over 10 days. There was about £6500 when it was restored.

I did a £5k withdrawal, and got limited 15 minutes after requesting the withdrawl.

Luckily a 10 minute phone call and they had restored it and apologised.

Not to say on another day with another agent they'd have done the same though.

Take it slow.

IMO, if they just lifted your account, you should be good to empty it out unless you have another transaction comes in.
