PayPal EIN / DBA / LLC?

I created a stealth eBay and PayPal account. I need to add an EIN, for tax purposes. I already have an EIN, but it is linked to a bad PayPal account.

Can I register a LLC or DBA under my name? Will PayPal link my name from the registration on the LLC or DBA?

I'm still trying to get my other PayPal account back, I got an email stating it was restored and the limitation removed, but it never was restored. I called and was told they have no record of any email. I gave the the department name and reps name that sent it, but the person I talked to didn't care.

you can register a new corporation, you will still need all new info, new address, ph#, etc...be careful when opening too many companies. there is a strategic way to do it, you just need to speak to a cpa

May not need to ... I just logged into my limited PayPal and noticed my limitation had been removed. I'm still limited as I had to confirm my location. Keeping my fingers crossed.
