After 180 days, I can not add a Bank Account to limited PayPal account.
 

Well we all know that after 180 on a limited paypal we can add a bank account to withdraw funds. I just tried to add a bank account and I receive this message.

This is the first time for me since I haven't withdrawn from a limited paypal account in a couple months. Just wanted to know if this a new thing or it's just this account only.

How many days passed the 180 days is it? Or are you trying to withdraw exactly 180 days after you were limited?

No, you appear to be assuming your funds are ready.

You have not stated if you got the release of funds email? If you have not got such an email, then the account is still limited. If you have counted down your 180 days & thought it was time to add the bank account, this is the reason for the above notice.

Going back to when the account became limited, what did you do then?

Yes I received the email on Sept 5.

Please get back to us. I added a new bank account after the email release came and withdrew my money with no problem.

I am sure this is a glitch but keep us posted :) best of luck though

...So I rang PayPal up. I told the dude I can not add a bank account to withdraw the funds. The dude said cool I got this and he fixed the issue and told me usually it automatically makes you able to add a bank account after 180 days. Then I was like cool my dude! Have a swell day! True story! The End.
