Paypal payment under review - in your eyes what could it be?
 

So if you were a paypal agent, what would be the reasons to put a payment under review?

Im trying to understand why would they put a payment of mine under review if everything is fine through ebay.

Accounts being put under review by paypal do not meet the standards needed by them to pass.

The manner in which the account has been made fails.

Seriously? There is such a thing as 'financial transaction logic'. Think about it and risk analysis and operate well.

At times a payment will be "held" for 24 hours, if sizable. $1000 or over can trigger.

I think the system decide wich transaction go through and which under review till a live agent check it. there are many cases, if new account and not 100% verified trying to send $50+ and many more, I would say its up to the system

I have found out that depending on what you put in the notes when sending money some get flagged and are held for review. Some words are flagged by the system.

I have not found that astralman.
