Paypal got limited instantly after confirming VCC

Hello, guys.

I've bought VCC with AVS, created PP, linked the VCC, confirmed it.

And after 5 minutes or so I've got limited. PP state that they noticed some unusual activity on my credit card.

I used VPN, which was located in the city of my PP address, also I used new Windows users.

What did I do wrong?

VPN is never a bright idea to use with paypal.

What inspired that decision?

Were you 100% sure the VCC was going to work? Sometimes they do not.

To summarise, you did not correctly prepare the new account.

VPN high chance of failure.

VCC might be problematic.

Was the address real? AVS will not work well otherwise.

1. VPN is matter,
2. VCC doesnt support at your country.
3. You make account doesnt completly for confirmation.
4. Your name was black list by paypal.

I'm sorry but none of the things you've mentioned are really correct or makes sense. VPNs are safe as long as the provider is low profile or is a private one, and a name itself is nowhere enough to get you limited again. I'm not entirely sure what you meant by 2 and 3

I agree with that, if it is the VCC problem like EP, you will never reach the stage to confirm it.

you will fail to add it, then limitation, or even if you will add it, 5 min later your account will be limited.

for the VPN no one can really know since we do not know the VPN provider so far, but from past experience, it might be the phone number that the thread starter used or the address.

I suggest he have to double check the address and the telephone number.
