2 questions..

1) If I donot do anything to limited paypal account, and donot provide any requested documents, I can SAFELY, 100% withdraw money in 180 days?

Any cases, paypal will not release the fund even after 180 days?

2) What is a fully verified paypal? Confirming both the credit card and bank is enough?

Thanks.

You can withdraw your money after 180 days starting from the date the account was limited BUT your going to need to add a bank account OR ask for a check.

Yes, as long as there are no chargebacks you can withdraw after the 180 days.

A fully verified Paypal is having both Credit Card and Bank both verified.

Paypal must tell you they are going to hold the funds for 180 days. Be careful there.
Of course, there are cases where funds have NOT been released. paypal has that right expressed in its T&S.

I have always got them to release the money 180 days after the last payment was received. If they tell me 180 days since account limitation/investigation/whatever I just point out to them that supposedly the very reason for 180 day ransom is to prevent chargebacks, and that is impossible 180 days after last payment was made, even if it hasn't been 180 since limitation.

The question was do they DECLINE to give funds back.

Yes, paypal has been known to do just that.

I was responding to your post saying that it has to be 180 days since the 180 day limitation notice. In my experience when I point out to them that it has been 180 days already, they just release the cash.

PP can decline... but in most instances 1) money in 180 days - just wait. 2) Verified = bank account - confirmed = credit card. Do both to have solid account with higher limits.
