Paypal Refund Buttons Gone?

What happen to Refund buttons their not their anymore im limited

You're limited that's why - after some time, they disappear - call up pp if you want to do the refund - an agent will do it quickly.

I have 40 refunds to do then

You're going to have to call Paypal and have them refund the payments for you. Though I'm not sure if they're gonna do all 40 for you.

The first one should have been "they're".

I never understood why PayPal does this, why Paypal makes it a hassle to refund customers after a permanent limitation...
