Paypal is now limiting new members even with real Info?
 

All what you are saying matters but there is something wrong now.

Something is going on with paypal i can't figure it out how to avoid these.

Every paypal account i have created got limited. I have been selling for years with high experience according to stealth rules.

Please, can't some one know what is going on?

On my computer, i have created several accounts and usually change my ip address for each account but it's not working. I am confused and tired of these.

Please, come out with something. I think paypal have another trick to track people we do not know.

You do need to look back and see where you are going wrong?

Do you make records of your IP addresses? Do you different user accounts?
Do you sell too quickly after creating an account? Vero Items...........The list goes on

Check every step and i'm sure there is something you are missing:peace:

it does not happen to me....so they cannot have a policy or different tracking than what we know of or everyone would get it...

are you highly sought after? eg fees owed etc, cos they may pull out bigger guns in forensics for that, ideas are like browser fingerprint or ip range.

Right: explain step by step by step what you are doing. INclude the notices of limitation, everything :spy:

Tell me what you ate for breakfast B4 you made a paypal account. LOL.

Even doing stealth, we can sometimes slip & make an error.

Perhaps you are listing the same high risk item without changing? Lot more info needed

I am having had time changing my ip address and i dont get this. Paypal account got limited saying some issue with my credit card but i had no credit card on file. I don't understand them and i believe they are kicking all new members on their site even those with real info. Nonsense

first of all i use 1) Etrade Bank ( And paypal limited my account saying there was an issue with my account. (Fine agree Etrade is now stupid)

2) My eBay account is fine and had even confirmed identity verification and pass but the problem is paypal.
