Perma Limited - My Options
 

I have been Perma Limited by Paypal with all my real info.

I want to discuss all the options I have and want to do and see if they will work.

Basically, I want to know if its worth it getting a Dedicated VPN for UK for me. Using all ⊗⊗⊗⊗ Info? But, the only thing I will be doing is accepting online payments.. this then leads onto using eBay, selling product codes, microsoft codes and so on.. I want to be able to sell some of my own stuff.. would this be fine? I would want to buy off sites like Topman. Play.com those sort of sites again with paypal.. this then becomes a very big hassle and how do I start on the next bit which is..

Verifying the whole paypal. UK paypals are extremely annoying and can be limited easily from my experience, I would not know where to start to verify the damn thing, I know VCC's are available and so on, but they do not lift limits as far as I know. VBA's are just not available for UK, what other options do I have?
