PayPal Account under review and limited help!

I sold crap loads of vero this month on eBay. Finally after all this time PayPal finally limits my account and only required the following information which is currently under review.

The PayPal account rep told me that my account should be fine if i complied to all the requests listed below which i did.

The PayPal rep told me the account will be reviewed which can up to 24 to 48 hours. I don't take anything PayPal says to heart with a record like theirs. So no supplier invoice requests or even a verification check other then agreeing to comply with PayPal's rules.

This is the first hit of a Google search!

So the real question if someone might be able to guess is if this account is toast or I just got lucky and off the hook one time?

The vero was about $9,000 USD and it's the very first time PayPal has ever done anything with the account like this. Odd, i had to remove all other 3rd party links for products on other websites like ecrater and a couple of others like ioffer that accepts PayPal.

PayPal doesn't want any vero showing up on my PayPal account shopping cart. I think it boils down to eBay the heart and soul of all auction sites.

If i had not listed crap loads of vero and sold it all successfully then i would still be fine taking on smaller dollar amount transactions on ecrater, ioffer, etc.

So if you want to set off a red flag don't even do what i did. I hope the account will make it out of this.

i still would like to use it but if not i'll just move on to a stealth account and start the mission over again like everyone else does...

You Sir are totally wrong, Vero Is not about fa-kes. Its about protecting the IP rights of companies on EBay. It could be a trade marked name or products.
Vero is being abused by some companies to protect their IP rights.

How am I wrong? I asked the question, not answered it.

Wow lol. You got off really easy, but I would stop selling the foofoos on this account as it is clearly under PayPal's scrutiny now... one wrong move and bam! Bye-bye account. If you still want to sell that sort of thing then open/use another account.

Thanks for a solid fast reply back mate. I would also like to know how long does it take for a new PayPal account to mature at the level needed to sell more foofoos online? I know if you build a certain level of trust on eBay that it's good for the PayPal. PayPal can see the level of feedbacks and ranking, dollar amounts and the types of items being sold. I am just unclear on when can a PayPal account have a green light to sell alot of foofoos after building the account up and maturing it to the level needed....
