I was wondering if you are a verified paypal user, does this mean you won't get limited?

Sadly, no.

If life with paypal was only that easy.

Bottom line is use paypal and expect to be limited.

What prompted the question?

We can guide you towards having less changes of being limited....

In fact if you avoid paypal completely you would be fine. That is not practical for selling.
