Why my paypal got limited just because ebay was suspended? *Help
 

I made a new ebay few days ago. And linked my paypal. Put win 8 key up for sale.. Ebay suspend my new account saying as reviewing my account and from their exprince it seemz im a fraud.. Or some thing like that..
Anyways i didnt think about it much as that ebay account wasnt much importnt.it got suspend in the firstday it created.
But after 2days when i log to my paypal , i saw that they has limited my paypal permntly just because my ebay got suspended. They clearly mention that in the mail they sent.
Can they do that? It's not fair. Ebay isnt the only thing we use paypal for..
Is there any solution for this please help?
And i had 100usd pending from my main ebay account to paypal. I mean in paypal it shows that money with a msg "funds not yet availble".
Is there anyway i can get that money without waiting for 6months..

Not going to have much luck selling that unless you are a big/old seller that eBay trusts. I'd suggest selling elsewhere if unless you want to deal with major headaches.
