urgently need a fresh new PP account

i am not based in the us and need paypal for ebay stores, US, UK and AU

they put my pp account on high risk and suspended it

how do I get a new one...if at all possible?

With a lot of difficulty.

It is hard to put a new paypal to accounts after limitation.

What did you do that was high risk? And will you sell in the same way again?

First he/she/it/they need to understand about stealth principles before even bothering with the business model.

I did not do anything wrong...and I deleted PPal as a link on my ebay

I still sell but not accepting PP but Skrill
but most customers want PP
so ...I lose about 80% of my biz...merry x mas

if you link another paypal account to your ebay it might work for a while but eventually both the paypal and ebay will be suspended better to start stealth

What use is stealth if their business plan is flawed?

If you read the OP's subsequent post, his plan is just that.

Sad waste of accounts just because of removing paypal

What exactly did you do?

Are you aware that for the UK ( at least) paypal needs to be offered?

This is now a bit messy. A new paypal may not last long on any accounts.

I have done it with 4 accounts and 6-9 months later they are still good. They are still stuck with the 20/$1200 limit but still going strong. I pay all monthly fees, ship fast, answer all questions and blah blah.

Just gotta now how to do it.
