I have done this many times on unverified accounts. I never had a problem.

they just check for either first name or last name for indian banks
dont know about other country .

Past few accounts where I have withdrawn to bank account NOT used for verification, there has been 2 deposits sent to verify the bank account...was weird. Anyone else seeing this? Was on pp.ca and pp.com

Works fine for USA.

Just some users go the extra step to look really sweet to paypal.

I would not make a habit of it and not for much money.

Too easy to get things confirmed to risk it.

Remember confirming things makes things more solid and trustworthy.

Truly that merits its own thread should paypal doing confirmations without user requesting them
