Paypal Confirm Location, limited account, please help.

What country's paypal?

Did you have a transaction B4 the notice

If you conform location,you need AVS vcc.Must be address verification system.what other info pp telling?

It is from USA, don`t know what is B4, please explain me, the limitation started when I wanted to buy something in eBay with a restricted selling eBay account, but can buy anything with this account, don`t know why was the problem, already passed all the check list, only confirm location left.

I am using VPN, only VPN, b4 the only transactions that I had was to recieve money for selling on eBay only, but the account only got limited when after somedays tried to buy in another restricted eBay selling account, not to buy, so I thought that would buy without problem, but another thing this paypal account is verified with an Etrade Bank account, which is in the paypal blacklist now, they requested 4 checklists, only confirm location left, already added anothe vcc, but not a AVS vcc, did not know, another thing is that the request when confriming location is that after to add a vcc they will call me, but will call me to a leadline, and don`t have one, would like to know which where to get virtual phone numbers that work for this?... Thanks.

Its not a problem with the VPN your paypal account is linked. If its a US PP you can try adding a AVS VCC. You can buy a virtual number from a service provider. What are the other details requested by paypal?

try a vcc avs , but i would say that because u have tried a vcc , this will not work

There are 2 ways to confirm location

Confirm via Credit card
Send Proof of Address
