Anyone had to pay an extra refund?

Something weird happaned to my paypal. A person wanted to sell me his pp funds and already sent the money and then contacted me and I wasn't at home and wasnt sure if I can help him out, because he needed the money right away. He decided to refund the payment, in hope to sell the funds to someone else. Paypal put the funds on hold then but after few days paypal charged the same amount of money extra! That means +30$(normal payment) - 30$(refund) - 30$ (another refund).

I hate to call or mail paypal, they prolly gonna get me limited or sth (atleast a temporary limit, so I have to send documents and stuff)

did he sent u payment as gift ?

when you refund the payment paid as service u wont have to pay anything extra , dont knw abt gift payments , also how can HE refund money from your paypal ? thats impossible

I always ask to send as a service and it definetely was a service. I got a 3,4% fee. (they paid it back actually, the fee). I didnt refund anything but anyways I got those payments. Everything was done by he (he personally is a long-time customer). I guess paypal checked that it needs to be refunded and made a double refund or sth - I ended up as the one who pays.
