Will this work(limiation)?
 

Basically, i have hit 3k receiving limit. PayPal asked me to send them my documents and i sent them my passport and i sent them a piece of paper from bank. What i am curios is - the bank piece of paper was a blank i had to fill in while receiving a new credit card. It has my name,address and both my and banker employee's signatures. Will that work?

Was it blank or did it have your name address details allready on ?

Sorry for misleading. The employee gave me a piece of paper where it had my name, address, credit card creation confirmation and sign of employee and i just signed it.

I trust this is not a stealth paypal account ?
If the bank paperwork is headed with the banks usual logo etc and has printed your details (not handwritten) it may be fine , its not quite a statement of account but you may be lucky.

Yes, the account is completely real, with all info provided.
That's how the scan looks. Attachment 589 (bank logo etc is visible, just deleted some of the personal info)

May pass - I have a few stories of people submitting weirdo paperwork that was accepted. Worth a try.

paypal want to see a correct document. They do not do 'scraps' of paper.

Yeah may pass. It's worth a shot if you don't have anything to send in.

This may work sometimes, but once I had to send few times my bank documents until they approve. Their approval process is not consistent.
