Paypal got limited on my first selling item
 

I started to sell in ebay 2 weeks ago (using steps according to ebay stealth)
Right now I had been limited by paypal and I don't know the reason why they do that.
This is PP response:

"Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):

Jan 9, 2013: We've noticed some changes to your usual selling activities and will need some more information about your recent sales.

(Your case ID for this reason is PP-002-.)"

This is just the first transaction(US$90) that I paid to my supplier and PP limit my account.They need Proof of Address, Provide Invoices, Supplier Contact Info, Provide proof of delivery, Provide more information about payments.

I can contact my supplier for invoices and contact info, but I use different name(my sister) for different address(a valid address but not staying there).
The proof of address need to verify via utility bill(which i don't have).

might want to blank out your details if you don't wanna officially lose the account...

For this kind of documentation issue, best to pm a purple name (moderator) for guidance.

I meant in your post... you posted a specific case number on a public forum. Ebay definitely trolls around this forum too, you probably gave yourself up.

Of course you can tinker with the utility bill. Your choice.

As for putting up personal digits, css1 is correct on keeping info private.

Just supply whatever you need to match the stealth account info.

Never put personal info in open forum :nono:

For future, have a different paypal for payments to suppliers from your selling paypal
