All VBA US PayPals Limited

After adding InterBank VBAS my paypals were limited.

This is in resolution centre:

"Complete Processing ACH Transaction"

Why is my account access limited?

Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):

Jan 28, 2013: We noticed some unusual activity in the bank account linked to your PayPal account.

Update:

Only "InterBank"

VBS are giving you limited. Somthing wrong with ACH.

InterBank/Inter-National VBAs are known to cause limitations from a few month ago. There was even a thread on it, but I cannot find it. Who sold you the VBA?

I would disregard all claims of "Inter-national VBAs work fine", I just wouldn't risk them at all.
