Withdrawal from Limited Stealth Paypal with Green Dot
 

I just happened to check one of my old limited Stealth accounts today and I saw a message stating "Your account has been limited for more than 45 days. It will continue to be limited but you now have the ability to withdraw funds." :shocked: The account has over $1,200 in it so I added a Green Dot account in order to do a bank withdrawal. I did a $400 withdrawal will it go through even if the names don't match?

Just to update my withdrawal did go through today. Time for my next withdrawal still have $800 to go :)

i wish i was in Us.. so many limited accounts i have xD

btw how much greendot charges on each withdrawal??

Greendot does allow deposits in other names just don't have to many Greendot accounts opened at once. I currently have two.

Chase Liquid I have heard works now. Green Dot I have lots of does not work anymore.

It doesn't matter whether you're in the US or not you can still withdraw your funds when they are released by PayPal. It's plain simple, dude.

You can add bank account to a limited account? I have a couple accounts that due for withdrawn but can add bank account to it to with drawn. The money just sitting in there and I can do nothing about it.

I've had a couple where they gave me 45 day holds. 90% of the time it's 180 days though.

Greendots still work fine, just don't go crazy. <400 per transaction & <$1000 per month across all your cards and you should be fine.

I've been limited 3x. After 90 days I called PP and cried like a baby. :tears:

Twice my funds were released immediately. Only once did I go the full 180.

I was told by my PP rep if you have No disputes, No negatives on your account during that 90 days that PP will normally (not always) release your funds.

It can't hurt to try but make sure you wait till 91 days are up.

I think greendot is banned from PP as I used my GD and tried to link to paypal. I get this error

We were unable to process your bank account registration at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date.

Waited a week or more and still the same error

I can confirm that i cannot withdraw to GD anymore. I have a limited PP with over 4k$ in it, i was withdrawing from it for 3 months to same GD bank account, everything was ok, until now. I wrote to support, PP told me that i have name mismatch in GD and PP accounts.

I have tested my other stealth acc, it is in good standing, name in PP and in GD is the same, but i still cannot make any withdraws from it. When i try to do it, PP wants to call me...

GD is dead for paypal, looking for alternatives.

NO NO NO, WAIT!!! I think green dot still working, I found a way. I just added a green dot bank in a special way, Just wait for update on Monday till I get the 2 small deposits.

Just anther quick update, Walmart bank account you can ONLY attach it to US paypal

I just checked, 2 small deposits arrived,.I am confirming that Green Dot Bank still works

That's great to hear - hope your withdrawals will go well without issues. You said you added it in a special way - stealth name though? That was a problem on previous threads.

GD accept missmatch with no problem, I can not say how I added it, But it is working
I made a whole stealth PayPal and I added it on Friday I received the 2 small deposits today

Did you try to withdraw to GD from this new stealth account? Does paypal permit to do so?

Yes I did yesterday, i think it will be completed in the next 2 hours

Withdrawing with mismatching names after paypal 180 days is no problem. Having your greendot account closed is a problem. Careful.

Been to the States but never bought the Greendot to test with - am guessing you need the SSN to register it for use....I admit though it has been sometime since I read up on Greendot.

When you read up on Greendot did it tell you that you needed a SSN?

Because their requirements have not changed.

And what test would you be doing from Canada?

Yes reading up on Greendot did indicate SSN for activation.

My test would be operating on my USA PP accounts (I have quite a few USA accounts)

I use dial-up...mentioned it all over the forum...I am old school :pry: VPS and VPN I have not studied enough ...bit of lack of time and some laziness hah

So why test it if you have to be a USA citizen and have a usa SSN?

Even if you did have USA account to use it you will have to have a SSN which you would not have.
