is it possible payment completed but held
 

is it possible?i sent someone a paypal payment it shows completed on my end but he said its under review and i know im a confirmed member cause i have a vba attached

is he lying? in his letter it says im unverified

in my pp it evn gives me a link to prove im verified i can still send and recieve money.What to think of this?

Verified and confirmed are two different matters.

ok so from experience what u think will happen here? will the money or paypal be limited or?

my papal isnt limited it has 1200 in it

If the payment shows up in pp then...payment was done. PP is likely protecting you from problems - how much time is left on the payment clearing? I would wait the 72 hours then deal with processing.
