New account for limited ecommerce account?

Hello Forum :)

I had a Paypal account a several years ago that I used to take payments from my ecommerce website. The Paypal account is limited for a couple of years now, my question is, if I set up a new stealth Paypal account, can I start accepting Paypal payments on the ecommerce website again with the new account of will the ecommerce url be linked somewhere and just get the new account limited as well?
