Need Paypal help

I been limited 2 years ago then today I decided to open a new Paypal Account

I keep the same name and address and IP since its static

and I got instantly limited with this

It's been a little while since you used your account. So, we just want to make sure that you authorized some recent transactions.

Should I call them?

Better idea is to make a new account that has nothing to do with old suspended info.

Why was the 1st account limited
Not sure calling would work tbh

PayPal keeps all info for always so here we suggest to start again new
