Making ebay purchases after paypal limitation

Howdy fellas.

My ebay business requires me to purchase my products off other ebay sellers. I buy broken items, fix them, and resell them.

The problem is making payments. I have had 2 or 3 paypal accounts limited in my name, which occured about a year and a half ago. So my name is toast with them. I can't even set up a personal buying account.

I discovered on my own that I can make purchases by checking out on ebay as a paypal guest and using netspends virtual credit card generator and ⊗⊗⊗⊗ email addresses every time.

That has worked like a charm for a long time, aside from the fact that obtaining a refund is impossible, as the virtual credit card number is expired within a month, nowhere to receive it.

Just recently, it seems paypal has figured me out, and have placed holds on a few of my recent transactions. The sellers contacted me to let me know.

So it seems that method is out the door. I have a few 'held' purchases in the air, totaling around $500 of my hard earned money. No idea if i'll get the products, and no way to get a refund.

But my biggest concern is setting up a new method to make purchases without this headache. I have a few ideas, but I figured i'd check with you guys to see if you have any leads.

Thanks for any help you can offer.

Issue resolved. They can't hold me down...haha

Anyway, as for the transactions that paypal froze for investigation, I wonder if I should wait it out a bit, or dispute the transactions through my credit card company as a non-delivery. That might get messy, but i'm getting my $500 back one way or another.

They normally hold the funds from 15-30 days and then refund it if they seller has responded to the claim. If the seller posts a trackingnumber, paypal usually release the funds back to them.

If you have not had resolution by now, do the non-delivery
