Paypal Limited. They Need Address and Credit Card info
 

My paypal has been limited , they need address and credit card info... How should i give them the address? Which bill should i give is the safest? Need some pros help on it please:) and do i have a high chance of getting unlimit? thanks/

Supply a utility bill to match the stealth address and supply a copy of whatever credit card statement you used on the stealth account.

You got asked the question because many overseas sellers sometimes have USA accounts.
Issue then is very different.

Did i have high chance of being unlimit? I will just get a copy of utility bill and can i use a Vcc?
And my money has been temporary hold by paypal when i buy stuff from a seller.paypal thought my account was being hacked..Can the seller receive money safely? Thanks A lot for using your precious time to reply me:)

You have a CHANCE - high chance will depend on how risky you look to pp - are you selling high risk items? category? lot of problems with buyers? We know nothing about this. Only used for buying? Seller could receive your money but you need to cooperate with pp

I think i get limit because of the spike sales amount? I mean i suddenly buy something expensive@.@ i 100% never sell illegal items..
