ONgoing access issues with paypal
 

Today i am trying to send $50 to my client but its saying " your payment can't be process right now "

i have USA Based Verified Account Via > VBA .. And when i try to send as gift its working fine .. but not working as service.. any idea ? how to slove this ?

Not an error and not new.

Mostly happens when they are reviewing your account.

Let it sit for a few days before doing anything at all.

OP do you have a cc attached? What is your source of funding - wasnt clear...

Even if it is attached this message has a meaning, the account is under or going to be reviewed for some reason.

When someone gets this they need to not touch the account for a few days and it usually will go away.

it is a 24 hour soft limit, think of it more like a review, wait 24 hours and try to send payment again

CC being attached is only part of the picture.

Issues may also include method of accessing paypal given that the OP is in a country with no paypal.

OP hasnt stated much on his or her method of setup, what kind of pp, what was done in the past...he or she expects some kind of divination on the forum part...great :thumb: ...not.

These errors are security limits on accounts. They have been answered on paypal forums. If you cant send now you will have to keep trying each day until you can send more.

Issue sloved now :D .. waited 4 days and didn't touched my paypal account and after 4 days its working fine :)

That is your daily limit, when you tried to send below $80 it was successful, over $80 you will have this MSG, Mostly this happen if you do not have verify PayPal.

The same message will happen even on a fully verified account.

As I mentioned above just let it sit for a few days as it is under a soft review and you will be fine.

You don't have to wait for a few days, the "limit" only lasts up to 24 hours

Paypal giving me this error " We're sorry, but we're having trouble logging you in. Please try again. " .. i am also not able to change the password....


this error comes when a guy send me $20 .. paypal emailed me " you have recvied a payment that we belive may not have been authorized by account holder "

and told me to login on paypal and goto Reslotion Center.. but i am not even able to login ...


Any Help ? :(

How long after your last issue has this happened?

What do you know of the sender? Was this from fiverrr or other sites?

Nope i don't know anything about sender... he is ⊗⊗⊗⊗ one he is not even replying to my mails or anything ...

i never had any issue with my paypal this is 1st time and now its about 12 hours i am not able to login..

and paypal locked my account ... for nothing :( and asked me to reply in reslution center.. but i am not able to login to my paypal.

Well that was certainly a rude comment. How was the OP supposed to know to post that stuff? Instead of scolding them as an excuse to make yet another post you should actually try helping.

Getting payment from unknown parties does make paypal worried.

Sir we owned a online busniess .. and we have a selling thread on almost 10 marketing forums.. where i showed my paypal ID on OP .. thats the reason i can't track him/her.... i am to tell this all to paypal but the main thing is they are not letting me to SIGN IN :(

Did you click on any links in the email saying you had received $20? May have been a phishing email and your account has been hacked?

Nevermind guys i just called paypal and its saying the account is CLOSED and i can only login the account after 6 months and withdraw money ..

Not what I wanted to hear. But I did expect this to happen.

These issues must relate to the manner in which the account operated. By that I suspect the method of internet access could have played a role.

With your country not supporting paypal, I do appreciate how difficult it is to attempt to run a business.

Bro i am running a huge busniess for facebook likes, fans, followers... have selling thread on many forums and with amazing reviews, itraders... getting many payments daily .. but using paypal with my own country IP :( as we cant run busniess without Paypal

A proxy is a huge problem.
Use VPS instead.
Hiding IPs will only cause further heartache.

Google VPS services for the country you need and go to the 8,9, 10th pages of google - you will need to experiment with this a bit. You dont want to use the common VPS services that everyone else uses and burns.

Isn't vpn used by everybody most of the ips are shared so your bound to get a same ip. Am I right or wrong?

eB and PP have dealt with many users using the same VPN so it's very easy to mass block a set of IPs and have it flagged...which is the case for popular VPN services.
