Limited and can't withdraw due to country
Alright so I'm in sort of a pickle. A few years ago when I started the whole PayPal business someone told me to open a stealth account in the country Singapore because it's less likely to get limited . yeah with my knowledge now I know that was a stupid idea
But, I have $155 in the account and I can't withdraw it because the only options are to link a Singapore bank account or a United States bank account.. and I'm from Canada, so I can't link my account.
Is there any way possible for me to get this cash back. |
