Paypal limited, my debit card associated w/ limited, need to pay for eBay items...???
 

I have unpaid buyer cases.

I can't use my debit card since it is associated with my limited paypal account.

Suggestions?

what are the limitations? Why did it get limited? What kind of payments did you receive?

. You must resolve the limitation status on your pp otherwise you cannot use the debit card. What info is paypal asking?

Mar 7, 2013: We noticed some unusual activity on the credit card linked to your PayPal account(Your case ID for this reason is*PP-002- 239-474-241.)
This limitation cannot be appealed

Try telling a bit more info than that. What did you do to with PayPal

Where did you find that information in your paypal account? I'm having a limitation issue as well and I have no idea why.

I believe the card activity they are refering to is a refund from an eBay item I had purchased. It was a cell phone battery that was dead so I contacted seller and they refunded me.
I have had this pp account for only a couple months if that and already had limit for info (id, phone verification & something else) and I provided all they requested and had limit lifted.
I since have 2 items I won on eBay and need to pay. Tried paying as non account holder but both my debit cards are associated with limited account.

It says this limitation cannot be appealed? If it says that it is toast move on and who cares about buyer strikes account is fried including the ebay if not now it will be gone soon too. If you have money in that account try and refund it or wait the 180 and time to go stealth.

This sounds so sketch though - if he refunded you then you wouldnt have issues...unless you have a lot of claims?

You may have to bite the bullet and call up PP then and see why exactly you have this issue. Be polite and direct.

If you have made other purchases, you should pay by gift card or similar.

Have you contacted the sellers?

Have you a history of chargebacks too?
