paypal conifrm location whats best?
 

what is best phone number service and is there a special vcc to use? who sells it? is it a computer going to call me?

i dont have docs to provide

VCC depends on the country you are creating the stealth for, as does the phone number service.

If Guyana, then have a search on the forums as I cannot say.

well the account i bought is usa and it has 600usd in it :( i use my blackberry to access the paypal since i get a usa ip so any advice now on cc and which company to forward or if i ask someone in usa to take the call?but i will still need a cc where can i get a good one

You are out of luck on this one no one hear knows or are willing to share if they do, i have asked this same question many times and we all end up stumped. I myself use gas stations to do it

Even with your US IP, I hope you understand the principles of stealth. Make sure you are link free. Dont just withdraw all in one shot - you are risking limitation.

Yes but they want land phone. They say by 2018 only old people be using them. The phone companies already asking Congress to not force them to upkeep them any more.

vumber - flynumber - other options - you must google and test. Tracfone was working but apparently now for location confirmation, it can be hit and miss

Asking for a landline is quite idiotic request in this age where it's cheaper to have a cell vs. landline - silly PP, Trix are for kids.

Confirm location is tough, even a prepaid phone with the correct area code and prefix will not necessarily work. I'm not sure how to pass this requirement, the one time I tried I failed.

Like stated above I used the correct area code and prefix for that area, placed the call and then told my location was not confirmed and they would be mailing me a code to my address(which of course is stealth).

If you can't actually confirm your location I would suggest just waiting 180 days for your funds. I no longer even attempt to confirm my location because once you fail it, they make it much more difficult on you. I then had to prove my identity by faxing in utility bills just to be able to get a release on the 180 day hold on my funds.

I can fondly recommend Google Voice, that essentially masked incoming calls which you can set to go through Google to your home phone number. If created in the US (or with US IP, good proxy) can have a USA phone number. Free service and usually isn't too much of a pain with personal info. It's worth a shot OP.
