You tripped up a security measure controlled by there computer security program , could be from many different actions ex, large withdrawal, different sales pattern, etc...
i did create several stealth PP but usually it takes a while for me transfer money to a bank account by then my family will be starving.. should i go get an outside job, am freaked out ..
The only way to survive on ebay is to go stealth and operate with many accounts and always have back up accounts and create all link free so if one goes the others are operating, unfortunately this takes time and patience to build and operate correctly, there is no overnight solution if you rush it you will just destroy accounts.
I was where u where making great money all from one account and than the axe dropped and I was left stranded and took on another job while creating accounts , now about 6 months later I'm operating many accounts and making double what I was before without the fear of gettin shut down at any moment , I try to make 4-6 accounts a month
Yes if I were you I would do whatever to save the account but you are not paranoid start makin accounts now and get the ebay stealth guide first it's a must
Hey thanks for your support, I appreciate it very much, I will do what ever I can and I will beat PP by creating 5 accounts a month to teach them a lesson those evils. by the way I do have like probley 50 stealth paypal's but without Bank accounts and they are not my name, i just had them open for each ebay account i created as for fees, can i use those as my stleath account by just adding a real bank account since those paypals are aged, is that good idea ?
Did you create them with all separate IP addresses and user accounts on your computer???? If so than yes , if all created on the same IP than they are all linked
There are many other factors that can link you that's why you should get the stealth guide but it sounds like you are operating stealth accounts already but get the guide and it will tell u all the things needed to operate link free

PP is asking this because you tripped up the risk analysis software somehow - maybe high risk items sold...too large amount came in...too large amount you tried to withdraw...many reasons exist.
You must comply or wait 180 days for access to funds.
Limited paypal - they need invoices and photo id
