problem paypal investigating payment

i recieve over 1 week 500usd i provided and shipped the phone to customer.
Now paypal is inquiring the payment i sent all docs etc to show i provided what the customer bought. Maybe the customer did something fish on paypal since he is not replying. What will happen? did anyone get this before? the customer paid me and i give him his product i sent all info to paypal.Will they release it?
