Well i had an old account which has been limited, now i want to start another genuine account with my personal dates like the old one, just that the old one got limited with no appeal, i can start another paypal without having problems, using my personal details like the older one?

Why to do another genuine? Cause i need to cash out them on my real credit card

If you have already had an account with that information that has been LIMITED, using the old information will get you linked and cause you BIG problems (either now or later). Your old genuine info is dead - you can either go completely stealth or vary your details so PP does not know that it is YOU ...again.

Just for clarifying - you cant use that old credit card either...it is in PP database

Anything that has been given the lifetime ban cannot be used again.

Meaning any matching info on that account can never be used to create another one.

Ebay keeps all records and will shut your account down in a heartbeat if they detect any matching info, ip, cookies etc to the banned account.

The main idea is that i need this genuine account to be able to withdraw the funds to my credit card, i dont have the bank option in my country, i can try a stealth account and then, what? With IP, i can handle, with cookies, also, i edited my old information from my paypal, fue to the fact that i did't add a credit card, What it can match is my name, that is all, cause i modified the entire address. What do you guys think about this?

And the old one is limited cause i entered my credit card details wrong, and they ask for Photo ID and Proof address, about my name, i made a mistake and on my First name, i put my family name and vice versa.

Well, maybe mine will go down, maybe it wont, but my first real account was suspended (long story). So I made another (with a different address, but still my real address) and used it for months. Then one day my two stealth accounts and my "real" account all went down within minutes. I assume because I might have mistakenly used an old IP and got linked to all three. I made another real account immediately, changed the spelling of my first name added an apartment number (I live on the second floor of a two family house). This one has been up and running for 9 months. So far, no issues.

Did you make sure to use separate window user accounts? Could be the address then - manual review - were listings SIMILAR?

Nothing was similar and I did use separate window accounts. I really haven't had it since, but I did make another "real" one and it is Ok so far.
