Permanent paypal limitation: shall I ship items?
 

My stealth Paypal has been permanently limted yesterday. I have two items sold.

-- May I ship the items to the customers?

-- My paypal account is stealth. After 180 days, have I any problem to get the money back?

Id just refund the money , who knows what can happen in 180 days with Paypal . And if u can't use the refund option ask the buyers to open a case because Paypal froze your account.

I just hate the thought of Paypal having my money and probably making money off it even if its $1

If the account is totally dead, then personally I would refund and sell on another account after a set amount of time has passed.

Paypal has been ordered by the court they cannot make interest money on money being held for the 180 days.

In fact they are looking into forcing them to hold funds for only 45 days but it is of course a waiting game.

I agree as above, refund but make sure you do not re list those items on another account if they would be easily seen by those buyers.

Safest bet is to refund - if you cant do it via the account tab then you will have to call in for manual refund.

If you wish to ship, keep in mind that the onus is on YOU to prove that you shipped in the event that buyers complain of non-receipt.

You will have to wait 180 days on the fund
