PayPal Limit Reset Help!
 

Hi, I need to provide id to lift my limits to receive more than £1900 per year.

On my Paypal it says limit reset date is 28th August 2013.

If I don't put any money into my Paypal account until my limit resets, then do I not have to provide id until I get near £1900 again.

By the way in Resolution Center it says you have 134 days left to provide information until you account becomes restricted.

If my limit resets in 1 and a half months time (which is less than 134 days) then will my Paypal still be restricted in 134 days?
