Good luck the title of your post should be what not to sell on ebay. It is going to be a very tough battle to get the account me personally I would create a new account and move on.

danshan 08-03-2013 07:35 PM

damn that sucks that is why you should have multiple sealth accounts if one goes down you can still go strong

jeffweico 08-03-2013 07:47 PM

Your items may be genuine, but PayPal - for whatever reason - believes they are counterfeit. It could have been a complaint from a buyer, the brand owner, or something else. But they will not give you specifics and they will not give you the account back.

The thing is, even with genuine items, it is difficult to sell hot brand names on eBay. The counterfeiters have ruined it for everyone.

danshan 08-03-2013 07:54 PM

You keep just selling that stuff and you will need a lot of accounts

morell2 08-04-2013 12:31 AM

ok I started to batlle on my account !
what should i do to open stelth acc how its going ?

jeffweico 08-04-2013 12:48 AM

Stealth is really your only option at this point. PayPal is VERY UNLIKELY to give you the account back. It does not hurt to TRY, but knowing how PayPal operates, the chances of it happening are very small.

Also, if you open stealth accounts and sell the same things, the same result is likely to occur. If you have a good LEGITIMATE wholesaler for what you are selling, you could try to approach the VERO member (brand owner) via email and ask for their permission to sell the item. Some VERO members will agree and others will not. In any event, they will want to verify your supplier.

@OP, all high risk items - not ready to be selling those without 1) aged accounts 2) proof of authenticity 3) experimentation and listing success. Even with ALL this, you can be banned - look for other activities.

Best of luck

You need a plan of action here.

Such as selling used items for a few months and then tossing in a few of these items as you go. ( I am assuming they are legit )

Those name branded items get looked at closely on new or newer accounts and in most cases wont last long.

Like Jeff mentioned they thought they were ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and forced you to make a move.

Be prepared next time with paper work, receipts etc but do not list these items on any account that is not aged, has good feedback and has built up trust with eb and pp for a while. ( if they of course are real and legit )

psun786 08-10-2013 11:00 AM

I hate to say this. But unless you can provide a legitimate wholesale contract with a verifiable supplier, each and every one of the stealth account will get limited eventually.

To eBay & Paypal, "individual" party that sells "brand name" items in "new" condition below retail price just doesn't make sense. The only explanation they can come up is that the items are either counterfeit or stolen

If you were a stateside account you would be able to get this back easily buy proving your merch is for real but in a country known for rampant vero your toast.

Bolt83 08-25-2013 02:21 PM

I was just saying what it looks like .

Sandy D 08-25-2013 04:53 PM

You will never get a correct reason from ebay or paypal why they suspend or limit an account.

rsot 08-26-2013 12:07 PM

Then back it up with receipts - that could help
