Problem with 180 Day Limited Account( Canadian)

So I have a minor problem that maybe you guys can help me with.

I have a account that has been limited for over 180 days and I can legally withdrawal the money now, but every time I go to do it and add my new bank account ( which I have to cause a vba is attached to it) they ask to call me to give them a security number which they provide and all I have to do is type it in the phone. Problem is I don't have that phone number and the account was bought over 2 years ago so idk what to do!

Have you tried changing the phone number on the account first to a new one??

p.s. Doesn't even need to be with your registered phone number. Get a new number if you need to, but don't use a number that you don't want linked.

That option doesn't work with the US. They don't sell SIM cards with new numbers attached to them.

umm yes they do straight talk simple mobile and t-mobile all sell sim cards alone with new numbers for newlines unless im wrong

Again, unless proven wrong...this isn't how it works. What we do have are cheap Prepaid phones in the $8-15 range.

Ya this is a real problem. Cause the accounts are Canadian so American banks are having a problem and I can't withdrawal the money without verifying the phone which I can't cause I can't use that number 0_o

I gave the correct info. Adding a bank account really isn't my concern at the moment. It's the digits to put into the phone, which is stated in the first post.

Ya I usually use trace phones MM but I bought this account ages ago and never made the account myself!
