Please help me, my paypal and ebay account is limited because MC999 and I cannot withdraw my money I already ship all my sales Paypal don't let withdraw and give my money back to many buyer after ship. call center no help!

If I add new bank account to my paypal account limited can i withdraw the money they hold now before 180 day? I never used the bank account, but same name of my restricted account in paypal. If I add it can it work to withdraw restricted money?

If you are limited, you must wait 180 days for your money.

You must add new unused bank account and wait 180 days - you will get your money unless you owe pp money or have claims that are open.

I have a stealth eBay and PayPal account. Everything was going good-my eBay is still going good, but I have a problem with PayPal. I added a bank account-which was actually a prepaid card. The initial micro deposits went thru fine. Next, I tried to transfer money so I could withdrawal it. It was only $25. Well, while I am waiting for the pending transaction to complete 2 things happen. My prepaid card charges me the monthly service charge AND PayPal tries to withdrawal the money. The service charge put my account in the negative. Then, my transfer was returned. Now, my PayPal is limited. Paypal has stated the limit is due to suspicious activity in my bank account and request a copy of social, government id, and proof of address. Obviously, I can't provide this because its a stealth account. I've tried to add a legit bank account but its not letting me. Now, what about my money in my paypa account? And is my eBay thru also? I've read and read and read throughout the forum. It seems everybody has different situations but a lot of experience. If anybody can offer advice- I will greatly appreciate it.

How old are the accounts?

It may have been the prepaid card. Many Prepaids are cracking down on mismatched names.

I also sounds like paypal pulled back the money once it actually got to the bank which triggered the monthly fee on the prepaid.

The paypal is toast. I wouldnt add anything else to it. Especially another bank account.

OK, well I've pretty much given up on the PayPal account but what about the eBay account?... Yesterday I got a message saying my limit was being raised from 20/2000 to 40/4000. Is there a way to continue to sell on my eBay account? Anybody who has experience with this- please help!

Oh, by the way, the accounts are about 2 months old.

That ebay account is link to the limited paypal. Just start over with a new ebay/paypal.

You can use other approved payment services like Skrill or Propay or Paymate

well, right now there is only about $200 but my ebay account is active and the sales go into my limited paypal.

After 14 (or 21 days - I cant recall the exact period), your pp will be completely limited from any incoming payments and...funds will be locked
