Question about PayPal

I want to open a new paypal account with my full details and ss number but 5-6 years ago, I had a paypal account with my correct name, limited and then closed after 180 days. Would they link my new account to the old suspended account?

You will be linked.

All info needs to be new and nothing to link you to older accounts.

But if I don't provide the ssn ID etc now, they will ban my ebay account as well:confused:
If I give them my ssn, ID and everything, is there a chance they may still ban my new paypal account on the grounds that it has similar information to a previous paypal? (after taking my ssn, ID etc)
