now it is limited because it need to change passowrd and security question and i did that
now turn to prove address can i use avs to prove address with card
and if i do this will limitation be removed sure or what

also note that it is verified previously with vba as well from beginning , but i use shipping address to ebay account different from pp

confirm identity is probably going to be the hardest, may ask for scan of ID.

If they'll let you with AVS alone, then that is good, I have had similar situations where they have asked for follow up information. Just make sure you get a vcc and register it to the address on file and hope they dont ask for aything else

I just received this few days on a newer account really easy just upload a utility bill with name and address and four hours account restored

Just because that info is there, paypal may still ask for other ID.

Be ready for that.

If you have done all you can submit, you will have to ring them up and hope for the best - nothing else you can do

I would take a shot at restoring the account since all you have to lose, really, is the cost of an AVS VCC. But there are no guarantees. It has been mentioned, they may follow up and ask for more information. You should be prepared to deal with that if at all possible.

Supplying the AVS might work.

Again, it is not a given becasue you are dealing with paypal.

PP is never 100% - sadly, you can submit everything and still they will say "Thanks for the try but naw, we don't want your business - beat it - funds to you in 180 days!" /done

i bought AVS from someone and he had tech problem with his bank and i put the info and so didn't go to good end and pp sadly skip this step and send 6 digit to my stealth mailbox address
now i expect to be limited for 180 days or what ????????

Ouch. Yes if you have an attached bank leave it and wait out the time.

In the meantime you should have several backups up and running to keep your business moving along.
