few questions
 

i have ebay acc whit 100% positive feed , but my balance in paypal is negative because one buyer open ⊗⊗⊗⊗ case.

he receive the item all was good but he open case unfairly and have refund .

i tell to speak with paypal, but they says to contact buyer he dosen't respond , and i don't think to back his $, because he wanna keep the item and recharg?!

whatever, i wanna make new PP remove old linked in ebay and link the new? that will be problem?

also i have one other paypal 100% verify whiout limit before ago i used and remove it from ebay and close acc, if link now in this acc they will get me? still if add new adress and cc?
about 21days pending its about from ebay or paypal?

how can avoid? if have old acc with 100% feed seller ago? and make new pp , will have the 21days pending? what will advise to do?

You can not use any old paypals with this ebay account.

All of them are linked.

ok, but when make new pp whit new cc and etc. when remove old from ebay and link the new pp they will wanna documents? ID and others..?!

You cant remove old from eB and link the new pp - that's dangerous LINK. Make ALL new - follow stealth guide and forum advice.
