Genuine account limited - But no email
 

Well there must be something terribly wrong here , which i truly fail to understand .

Today i did sign in on my paypal account , and to my amazement i get this :

What troubles me the most is that i did not even get an email from paypal , letting me know .

And second , i can still access my account , and i can keep the paypal logo , BUT i cannot withdraw/recieve or send money .

So am i banned or what ?

I mean wtf is wrong with those idiots ?

They are truly acting as a mafia organization , that is abusing with the money of other people ?!


Open the news and you see hundrets put in jail for stealing 100 dollars just .

Yet paypal , stealing millions of dollars per day , from thousands of people , is allowed to operate without any consequences ?


Anyways , i lost the point there . My point is am i banned or not ?


When i go to the resolution center , i dont have an option on how to lift the limitation , and i dont also have a reason as to why i am being limited .

why the heck would anyone add money once its limited? and to answer your question, yes it is limited. They never sent me an email either.

knowing paypal, they limit your account when you have money inside of it.When you don't, they will be patient and wait.

You are limited, if you can submit the documents they are asking for then MAYBE they will unlimit your account. If the account is worth fighting for then submit all documents you can.

Well they do not ask for anything .

Just they state , that i am limited for that reason ....

This is truly abusive , and the best part is that for the past 2 months i have had fewer transactions which i was making only from my own website .


Who knows , maybe they get back to me , because those funds are registration fees , to my own online auction website ( i do own an ebay alternative website )

If you have no steps to follow to lift the limitation, call up PP and try and get a better handle on what is going on

Seems like you linked your paypal to some other paypal.

They dont verdict "This limitation canot be appealed" just like that.

It's rare, but I've received a limitation without email as well.

The account in my case got linked with another limited account, and I also received the notice that it could not be appealed.

Wait your 180 days and get the money after that, it's no big deal, no other options but wait.

They did actually reinstall my paypal , i dont know if that is because i send them an email .

Most probably is because it got linked with another paypal account that was suspicious ( not mine ) .

But i had like 1000 transactions mostly selling the last 10 months , so i think they figured out that it was a random transaction .

Notice several have mentioned no email at all.

I think you could get this fixed with some work.

if i make new ebay and paypal at a new address and then log in to my old email accounts from my new place is that ok? or will they link me?
i will only be logging in to old emails accounts not the actual paypal or ebay
