my every paypal gets limited
 

hi,

so here;s the whole story.
have been crating stealth polish paypals for about a year.

last 3 of them was limited when i was trying to withdraw money.
when i create account i change ip.
then i confirm new account with VBA - sucessfull.
after i get a payment and try to withdraw money i get:

"We found more than one PayPal account with registration information similar
to yours. To make sure your information is secure, we'd like to validate
your identity for this account."

same situation last 3 times, only difference is that last account i created
had 21 days fund held before i could try to withdraw.

what may be the reason?
may it be because of vba account numbers are to similar?

vba is usually not withdrawable, so you mean a card that you can withdraw to, right?

looks like this card has been flagged/blocked, it might be another reason but as it happens when you try and withdraw it is probably this.

I heard it happen to other Euro and Usa accs too. Depends on card, a real bank issued
one and names matching is best.

Are you using the same user account? Or any of the same information?

i use reloadable prepaid ATM card. it has account number, acts as virtual credit card and normal atm card.

strange thing is that it accepts this bank account for lifting limits.
but when withdrawing it limits immediatelly...
i used these cards in past without issues...

i change all registration information and use different bank account each time...
