Paypal got limited (after 2 years )

Hi my paypal got limited after 2 years using
and after 6 months selling with it on ebay, after my paypal got limited my ebay account got too.. (1 week later ) I allready bought the sealth guide but I would like to know if any one can suggest me a good Vps to buy for each paypal and ebay account ..

instead of doing changing account and Ip and all that on the computer

No one will post a VPS on here.

Google is your friend in finding one. Go at least 15 pages deep

I want to buy each vps to each ebay+paypal account.
how will I know that the vps is safe to use with ebay and paypal stealth?

I asked paypal why I have been limited they told me they cant tell me that and my account is gone , I spoke again with other paypal customer service the told me something that with risk.. anyway maybe because I made alot of transaction of selling.
my ebay got limited due (negative feedbacks - that I got after my paypal got limited because I didnt ship items).

can you please tell me just if its safe using vps? that is my question..

Yes VPS is safe so long as its the right VPS. It will be expensive. The less people that use that provider the better
